China and the United States are not inferior to each other in terms of technological progress. ChatGPT and its related technologies and their development were completed by the United States. And recently, DeepSeek was created using Chinese technology. ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence from the United States and another such artificial intelligence is DeepSeek, which the Chinese have further developed in terms of technology.

That is, it is assumed that this new AI model works better than ChatGPT or the American artificial intelligence model and its cost is lower. Nvidia is a US-based company and with the success of DeepSeek, it is not yet possible to say exactly whether it will be needed.

Because both the United States and China spend a lot on technology and try to be more modern.

Here is a misconception, and most likely through the dissemination of misleading information about “another success of Chinese engineers”. The fact is that it is already known that DeepSeek is based on “wrongfully borrowed” data from some American companies. That is, in fact, a classic Chinese manufacturing move - “if we can't do it ourselves, we will steal it, do it a little differently, and pass it off as our own”. Of course, it does not sound very pleasant, but the facts say exactly that.

PS search for information on the key phrase “DeepSeek used for training a large amount of data downloaded from ChatGPT by manipulation”.
