i think that buying things online leads more people to buying with bitcoin since they would not have to leave home and most importantly they can use digital money to efficiently pay for whatever it is that they bought
the pro i can think of paying with bitcoin in physical stores for customers is not having to carry cash with you but a con is you need to have internet connection for this
