Are there any online casinos that accepts KYC verifications before you start gambling after creating a new account on the platform? Something similar to what we always see crypto exchanges do to their customers? I am just curious
You open a new account on a crypto exchanges they will advice you to complete your KYC verifications first, some won't even allow withdraws until you complete the verifications. I think if online casinos starts doing the same there won't be the fear of getting robbed after you win, because most KYC verifications would already be passed right from the beginning.
Do you think that this was intentional? Maybe to find reasons why they can't process your withdrawal? I think about the same too, but what about online casinos will enough credibility already? I mean very popular online casinos.
I think if they had to KYC every single customer, even the ones with small deposits, they would have a lot of work on their hands I think.
But if they wanted to "rob" you, they could find/give other reasons to do so. Doing KYC beforehand is just more comfortable so that you don't get stuck waiting for KYC approval when you are ready to withdraw.
You know in most of this bet platforms before you can be able to place a bet or even think of playing casinos they will first of all notify you about the kYC process even before you will think of making a deposit so as to enable you do your things smoothly without having any challenge, while most bet platforms don't even bother for KYC until you finally get to the stage of making withdrawal. of course I have experienced this before, I was ask to provide few of my documents this includes statement of account and also a screenshot of my card and few other things. So what I did was just to waste the money, because I don't want to expose my card details to them.
