This cannot be determined, unless measured by the number of earned merits in the month.
A small award should be arranged for them. For this, everyone will be encouraged to post better. And the forum will improve further.
You should be awarded for making posts in the forum. I haven't seen a forum that rewards more than BTT. Signature campaign is more than enough reward and motivation.
