There are some that no information will be given and earthquake will occur. The only thing is that earthquake does not just come at once, it will first come for some seconds which should be a warning that people should leave their house or the building that they are to a level ground which are the safest places at the time. The earthquake will then come in fill force after some minutes which can destroy buildings that are not very strong.
