If innocent people are victimized, such cases are worth investigating with the utmost care. The murder of innocent people is a crime.  If they were criminals who died during operations to apprehend them, neutralize them, and they resisted the law enforcement agencies that were carrying out lawful actions - it is a different story. In a word - it is necessary to investigate and impartially. And what is important - in case of acquittal, it would not be important to punish those who made false accusations - there should be responsibility for such actions.

There’s many instances that the drug lord itself is the one who killed the innocent people and most of them is not really innocent rather they still have drug involvement at some point.

The human rights just exaggerated the situation since they are being backed by the counter party administration that against the president that time.

They usually active when drug addict was killed but silent when child and many women was killed by this drug addict which they are protecting.

The last example - yes it is always so, because the criminals who may be next to be punished, have more opportunities to raise a campaign, and thicken the colors. And it should be noted - the masses will be interested in it, and the murder of their neighbors by the said drug addict - it is “everyday life”, which is “commonplace”. which is not interesting to discuss. But it works until they themselves become victims.... But it will be too late, because their neighbors won't be “interested” in it either....
