No KYC is really a good feature but it means also that casino doesn’t have license to operate legally because this is a requirements by license provider.

Why do you care if they have a license or not?

IMO stupid laws should be ignored and fought, and this is one of such stupid laws, so I'd really like to see more no-KYC casinos. KYC equals to treating every client as money launderer and making them go through all these hurdles just to prove that they're not. It's completely stupid since real money launderers are less than 1% of all clients of the casino, but the other 99% have to be x-rayed.
I'm with you in not liking KYC. A license really doesn't mean anything other than problems for the player. The casino just grabs a license at another jurisdiction when they have a problem. FJ, BC.games and Stake have all lost licenses recently and they just use a license from a different country.

What's the use of the license right? If they still have instances that they would scam their gamblers. Also license doesn't guarantee how fair the casino is. That's why its better for people to stop looking at the license as valid points to look that a casino is legit.

Because reputation built for years and its good that casino would it up base on their performance.

Those 3 mentioned casino is reputable and I guess they are just following regulation and maybe want to show to their gamblers that they are regulatory compliance casino.
100% correct. I license doesn't mean anything other than long delays waiting to get verified or having money confiscated for a rule that may or not be true.
