I don`t believe in it, but i can assume that if some casino will develop such a tool(i don`t think that it is hard. It looks like just adding few scripts, comparing several numbers) it will add some tax too, Also it can increase servers load - such scripts will add lots of requests.
I can only repeat - it can be interesting for a part of gamblers, but don`t interesting for anyone else, including casino.
I feel it will be very hard for casinos to do that because this has nothing to do with the sole purpose of there business plus there platform was not built to accommodate such, it will require so much work for that to happen, and it might even happened that they would have to shutdown for a while for those things to be completely attached, however this is just like wanting an exchange to use some of the tools casinos are using that's actually different from anything about coins and trading, so actually just like you said I don't also think about the possibility,
No, nowadays it is not a problem for big enough business(and casino is big business) to have a development stand for testing such scripts, technically i don`t see problems except servers load, but i think that it is possible to solve too.
Problem is that casino don`t need it. And the main part of gamblers don`t need it. Cash out is rare enough situation and i don`t think that it is planned before the bet.
PS. I think that it can become a strategy. Gamblers will try to catch huge odds and cash out their bets in such way. May be with scripts.
