I get stressed with holding it is hard to hodl a lot of my wealth as BTC.
most of my savings right now are in bitcoin, which i hope will set me for good in like 15~20 years of holding.
so yeah, it's kinda stressful for me as well, because there is always that thought in the back of my mind, if bitcoin crashes and never recovers for whatever reason, i may not end up in as good of a spot as i want to in the future.
I feel your pain, most of my savings are also in Bitcoin, I hardly ever carry fiat and when I do, I convert bitcoin, usdt to fiat, it's wonderful when bitcoin is on a bullish rally, but tough when it's facing a long correction like this one we're in now or in a bear market.
Sometimes I hope the price corrects as much as possible so I can make new purchases through DCA and improve my average price.
