Is it easy to walk around with huge cash without fear? I have witness a woman's hand being cut off just because he was putting on a gold wrist watch.The criminal cut her hand off and pushed her to the gutter right infront of everybody and ran,but the most surprising thing about the whole thing was that everybody saw him,and no one cared to run after him or chase him.
