More than taxes, the one thing we have to consider is whether the seller wants to receive the payment in bitcoin. They might not have this option of using bitcoin as payment and they are most likely not to make paying with bitcoin as an option just for one customer. If many people ask for it I guess then they can start thinking about it but I have not encountered many real estate agencies that offered bitcoin for payment
