Actually, augmented reality casinos have the potential to reshape the gambling landscape entirely. AR can offer a fully engaging experience, transforming the physical aspects we see at casinos into a digital gaming world with all the possible details. I believe the next generation will gravitate toward AR casinos unless existing projects take proactive steps to counter this threat. For example, online casinos need to start collaborating with developers now to explore the possibility of incorporating AR or VR options into their games. Otherwise, they risk finding themselves left behind, much like what happened to Nokia when touchscreen technology emerged...

What do you think? Are we witnessing the dawn of a new era in gambling? And more importantly, have you ever experienced an AR/VR casino? How was it?

I had tried a VR headset once and tried some games and the experience was good, especially the roller coaster ride was very good, it felt almost real.
Coming to online gambling, I guess until the mainstream adoption of VR there's no threat to online gambling.
But yeah, VR is surely a good competition to online gambling and once it is well adopted in the market I don't think online gambling will be able to compete with VR gambling.
Although there will be the requirement of VR devices but if you would compare the experience then VR gambling will definitely stand out.
