Anyway Barcelona have verbally agreed to a new contract with their mainstay goalkeeper, Wojciech Szczęsny, now just waiting for the contract to be completed and done to be signed.
Well this is not too surprising because for now keeping Szczęsny with all his experience and performance coupled with Ter Stegen who is still uncertain of his recovery, it is clearly a thing that must and is very good to do by Barcelona.
Although until now Szczęsny has sometimes still been a shadow for Inaki Pena who has always been given more trust but it cannot be denied that for now Szczęsny's presence in the squad will add strength that makes Barcelona a little more comfortable.
They have one of the goalkeepers with good reflexes and his experience in big clubs is also quite good plus a cheap salary so indeed Szczęsny should be a blessing for Barcelona at this time.
