Accepting a loss means losing money, which is inevitable in gambling, the fear of losing money is normal, but in gambling it cannot be any other way, there is not a single player who would not lose. If you are not afraid to lose, then this can contribute to greater losses, so it is customary to play only with the money you can afford to lose. This does not mean that it will be easy to lose this money, it means that in case of loss it will not affect your financial situation in any way.
It should but actually not customary that you gamble mostly with funds you know you can comfortably loose without having to get emotional or even be depressed. Gambling as they always say is supposed to be something we should be doing with an intent of having fun but the vast majority rather wants to turn it to a money making scheme and pursue it with such mindset which late exposes them to disappointment long into the game but in most cases it's best to try and see to abiding by this simple principle but many still do not have such discipline
Gambling foe convenience would do so much for many if they decide to following through that path but sadly making money is now primary such that the fun in gambling isn't what moat persons aim at so they get to find it really difficult actually gambling in such light most often.
