Does El Salvador still stand on its crypto beliefs after other players seem to be arm twisting them to drop this BTC dream they are on.
It seems that Nayib Bukele's attitude and stance have not changed on Bitcoin that has been started.
Bukele was aware that when he started there would be serious obstacles. From what I know, Nayib Bukele keeps going.

Your indeed correct about Bukele stance on Bitcoin,Nayib is a man of his words, despite mounting pressures from criticisers/ haters of Bitcoin to distract him from deviating from the right paths and yet President Nayib Bukele still stand on his words that El Salvador will continue to buy Bitcoin.i think president Bukele has made his intentions clear that it's only Bitcoin that El Salvador wants in their Reserve.

Today, El Salvador has purchases another Bitcoin to their strategic Reserve. They are not stopping, it's Bitcoin and nothing else's.Read Here
The mentality of a winner is different from the mentality of someone without principles. I know Nayib Bukele as a winner who is able to see the direction of the economy in the future.
If the article reported that El Salvador is buying again, I would not be surprised. I have already predicted how much profit will be made when Bitcoin hits its new ATH.

People who criticize without accurate analysis are like one or two people, they will continue to be left behind in the midst of technological progress.
