Maybe there's a mistake you made, like creating or logging into your sportsbet.io account when you were connected to a VPN, or perhaps you share a Wi-Fi network with a family member or friend who also has an account on the same platform?
maybe he made a mistake like that, but i would imagine they use other info to link multi accounts. i mean, if they only use IP address as proof, accusing a player of having multi accounts based on that only is pretty weak imo.
It's probably why the asked him for KYC verification. Through KYC verification in think they will/have even do/done proof of address as well so in case something is off, they will know what to do next.
i agree, if he down money or has not won anything, sportsbet should have refunded his depo.
That is, if his account is not linked to a group of accounts that have abused the casino before. Otherwise, I have seen cases where the culprit has been banned before for misuse of the casino only to attempt and sign up using another account. In such cases, they may not refund even the deposit.
