I just visited anonymcasino and read some terms and conditions. When I asked a question through the Support Agent just to ask if they have an official social media like X. Considering that a casino should be able to expand its promotion on some social media. Isn't this a normal and common thing to ask? However I didn't get any answer and the Support Agent immediately closed the conversation for no apparent reason.

This is an unprofessional way to respond as a customer agent. A customer agent should have an answer to every question and not even one of the simplest questions. An answer like " We are new and working towards creating social media handles, we want to grow from Bitcointalk," could solve the problem.
I agree. The customer support agent was quite unprofessional in his/her response and it reflects badly on the company. No matter how silly a customer’s question is, it is your responsibility to provide them with answers.
I am always skeptical when I hear No-KYC casino. This is because, either the gamblers are warming up to cheat the casino, or the casino is warming up to scam the customers. So, be weary
On the contrary I like Non KYC casinos just like I prefer decentralized exchanges to CEXs. I don’t enjoy providing personal information about myself to platforms online. Just because a casino is non KYC doesn’t mean that they are scammers.
