I may give them the benefit, if the support team responds here and explains the situation to the community.
Some casinos have started here on a not so good foot, but were able to still build their reputation in response to suggestions made by the community while there are those that move somewhere else cause they consider them to be criticisms.
The platform looks nice and has some potential if they brand properly and invest in marketing.

Yeah, the casino may look nice to the eyes, the people operating it may not have good intentions. I believe in giving a new service a chance but looking at what is going on with casino. I think it's safe to say it's a gone case.
Imagine I made a comment about the differences in their wagering requirements on the 17th March. They have been online up to the 25th March. They never bothered to correct the mistake or even post here responding to different users and promising to make some changes
Much of the bonus terms are in the terms of service
https://evolve888.com/en/contacts/terms-and-conditionsHowever it's contradicting. On the homepage where there's information about the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times, on the terms and conditions, the wagering requirement is 25 times, so OP has to tell us, which is which?
What is even more shocking is that they slapped a wagering requirement of x45 to @tableplay, which is not even written anywhere in the terms or website. This simply means they can bend any rules to favour themselves from the user, or even keep the money.
