There seems to be no pattern to waiting time for withdrawals. Since Saturday the 22nd I've made 4 withdrawal requests. Each one upon completion of the previous one. Here is how they have turn out:

INSTANT - 70 hrs
SLOW - 10 hrs
SLOW - 7 hrs
SLOW - 74 hrs and counting
