Restrictions on the Use of Certain Platforms
Swapper.NOW processes payments securely through trusted custodial services. Their policies require certain restrictions, which also apply to our clients' deposits.
To ensure security and compliance with our partners’ requirements, we do not work with platforms associated with elevated risks. Currently, the restricted list includes:
- Specific crypto platforms and services: Garantex, Capitalist, Commex, Hydra, Grinex, Tornado Cash, Blender, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Shinbad, Netex24, Bitpapa.
- Platforms from sanctioned jurisdictions: Any Russian and Iranian services, as well as services from other prohibited/sanctioned countries.
- Russian payment and cryptocurrency services.
- Services focused on anonymity and privacy.
