What is the issue with phone number or nationality. Are you not able to see your nationality in there registration portal or is the phone number you have not corresponding?

Or you have a winning that you couldn't withdraw?

I need to contact support so they can add my Nathionality and phone number because I need to add this info so I can withdrawal money from their site but when I email them they are keep lying that they sucessfuly changed my phone number and Nathionality but they didnt so I still cant withdrawal any money  from their site.
