I am surprised that you registered on this forum since 2018 and you are not using reputed gambling sites on this forum. But if you are doing something wrong, you am an be banned but not in a way that you are doing something right but the gambling site given you an issue. Just continue to contact their customer care about it. The site is having both huge positive and negative reviews online
 So I do not know which one is which but I have been enjoying good gambling sites that are reputed and have presence on this forum like Stake.com.
