Which country is best in terms of giving benefits to citizens for tax collected?
It’s kinda hard to answer that since everyone’s experience depends on the country they live in.
But in this context, I think countries with less corruption are more likely to provide better benefits from the taxes they collect.

Yes you are right. Less corruption and good measure of development are part of the criteria for knowing the country that utilizes the taxes collected from citizens and other migrants in their country. So which countries are less corrupt and developed

So there are some yardstick to measure a country that is developed, these includes, high standard of living and life expectancy rate, high GDP, industrial, infrastructure and technological growth and advancement, access to healthcare, education , developed financial services that works. To me I think the scadanavia countries have more of these criteria, like Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark etc.
