What is the issue with phone number or nationality. Are you not able to see your nationality in there registration portal or is the phone number you have not corresponding?
I think he didn’t change his nationality or the casino auto assigned it upon registration. Some casino automatically assign country since they don’t require KYC level 1 such as providing mobile number and country during the registration.
Actually, most of my KYC info during the registration process is always use Afghanistan. Anyway he can’t do the KYC if his phone number and country registered on his information page is different to his original country ID.
The support might probably not fixing his details properly.
My only fault is that when I registered I writed my mobile phone with one number missing but I was expecting that their customer support can edit my phone number because their site have error so I cant write my full number.In normal casinos support can edit your phone if you do a KYC and everthing would be fine but here they are keep telling me that they added my right phone number and that they added my Nathionality but they didnt do it.
I can’t comment specifically about your case since I can’t access the casino that you mention right now probably due to country restrictions but if everything that you said is correct then their live support is incompetent.
They can easily determine that you provided a wrong format. To clarify things, your withdrawal is on hold just because your information is incorrect while they acknowledge the error and claim that everything was changed?
Honestly, this casino is not popular in the forum so there’s no big help you can get here. Do the support still communicating to you? Why not request for a manual withdrawal from them?
