Pictures of them with a handwritten note (like the one you posted already, but without any actual meaning) is for your shake. Showing that you indeed have control of these miners. I'm not saying that you don't, but it will help your sale a lot more. As for escrow, and since you want to sell them through the forum, you should find one of the escrows that we have here. Sorry, but I'm missing a thread regarding them.

Well, I'm not interested since you ship from the US, and besides the S19XP (140T and not 134T, as far as I know), which I might have a small interest in, the others are not on my miners' list. As for your prices, I can't say that they are good or bad. However, $3.5k for a used S19 XP seems/ sounds a bit expensive. At least to my ears.
