Hey party people,

i was at the court today and i won (as expected) but it was complicated this time.
The official documents from the last two rulings missed an important detail, though they pointed to the first trial, which was more than ten years ago, so they didn't keep the documentation. The insurance just ommitted an important legal paragraph from the first court order in the official paper, and so they went on through three trials and now we are here, with the insurance attourney having no clue that my case is covered by said paragraph, which is about my extended rights because of special qualifications. Not bragging here, but i got that for a reason  

So the insurance has three weeks time to prove that their point of view is legal, but it isn't. I still have all the documentation of every trial.
But what if they dare to bring in their argument? Well, my qualifications will be assessed again, using the same documents i took to the court in the first trial, it would be just a waste of time and insurance money.

Can you imagine? I had to explain the law to the attourney  

My att went angry at some point, said he would apply as a witness, and the insurance dude has to prove him of deceitfulness.

Motherfucker was humbled within a second and started to apologize.  

So i'm the winner, but he could start some trouble within three weeks. Of course, he would have to justify that to the insurance company.
