There are a lot of similar cases on this board, i mean along the lines of "list the other accounts you have on the platform". To start with, it would be nice if you could share screenshots of your conversation with support, so we are sure that what you are saying here is true. Then i would also mention @Holydarkness here, from the other threads, it is obvious he has contacts at Rollbit, so his guidance will be helpful if this is to be solved.
