If anyone wants to know any casino, he should ask the question here and not at the internet where bias and unpurified reviews are made. Not referring to BetHog specifically but generally speaking, the reason why people complain in other places over the internet instead of doing it here is probably that they don't know about this forum and they definitely don't know that the casino they are using has representatives here and also a place where they can bring their complains and problems to get them solved quicker than the emailing process if the issue doesn't get resolved through the chat support system within the platform.
This is because casinos promote themselves all over the internet, probably using Google Ads and we know Google Ads are seen everywhere over the internet, and those who join the platform using those advertisements wouldn't have any idea about the existence of this forum and that makes them register their complains wherever they feel is the right place for it.
