There are users here who advertise their escrow service, however, i am having a hard time understanding what this thread and poll is for, are you looking for members who offer escrow services? There are many threads about that, but a lot of them are not updated. This thread^[1] is updated, though it is not only about escrow services, but generally about users offering services on bitcointalk.
