I would have also thought you were a genius if i was on the ship, could it have been only pure luck though to get such numbers, 27 of 28 over two weeks, i know luck always plays a huge part in gambling, but i guess you know a whole lot about the teams in American football too. Do you still regularly win bets you place on American football?
Average luck. With point spreads i run at 47-53% year after years.
But in just pick the winner with out a point spread i am good close to 75%
In USA football a large favorite may be 7 1/2 points so you need the team to win say 28 to 20.
The bookmarks are good at figuring the right points so picking usa games with point spreads ore pretty much 50-50 chance.
A LARGE FAVORITE IS 7 1/2 OR MORE POINTS picking just the winner is easier as most large favorites win the game.
THE TRICK is picking games with a 2 or 2 1/2 or 3 point spreads.

Don't you think 75% is a bit high? I think professional sports bettors have a ROI of maybe like 13-17%, and that's already good, Meaning they would win round about 55-65% of their bets, which really is quite high. A normal good ROI is like 3-6% by the way so those 13-17% are actually exceptionally good.

they want you to bet games with points laid.
way harder to do that.
if you pick with no points involved the big favorites win 90% of the time.
that type of bet is much more like an office pool not a casino bet.
think of college basketball the top teams do 28 and 2 win loss
picking a top college team is no hard if no points are involved.
in american football a top team may be 13 and 4 thats over 75%.
a bad team is 3 and 14
picking if they win or lose with no odds or points is easy enough
