Arsenal dropped its chance to win the league since the first half of the season. They all let Liverpool run away and increase hugely the gap while they was watching, whether it is Arsenal, Manchester City or Chelsea. Every single team of them was dropping points freely and they should blame themselves for losing easy points against weaker teams.
Arsenal - Fulham results won't change a lot the race for the first place but it has an effect on gunners chances to pick a place for UEFA Champions League.
There is 27 points left to collect and Liverpool needs at least 15 points to bring the title home regardless of the results of Arsenal and the other teams. We all know that it is hard to see gunners winning all these points.
Liverpool is 12 points ahead of Arsenal and still 9 more games to be played in current season of EPL. Arsenal can win this season if they win most of their remaining games but they also want Liverpool to lose most of their remaining games. Liverpool who has lost just one game so far won't do silly mistakes at such crucial part of the season, they know they are 'Champions-elect' and all they need is to play football like they are playing earlier in the season. Arsenal second position is also in danger because Nottingham forest is closing the points gap for second position.
I doubt if Arsenal can win the trophy no matter how hard they try because the point difference is too much assuming the point difference is like that of Barcelona and Real Madrid I would said it is somehow but 12 points difference and there is 9 more match to go..., it is not possible because Liverpool on the other hand can not even allow that to happen after losing the champions league and EFL cup ah, it can not be possible so Arsenal should just play and focus more on the champions league because that's the only place they have hope now.
