Unfortunately, I can't mark it as "unresolved". As previously mentioned, I am bound by the rules I wrote myself upon the creation of the thread. The case is not-resolved and not-unresolved, as it seems you both will try a lawsuit; you for what you deemed as an unjust confiscation and... what's described here. Them for defamation and slander.
