An early goal from Elanga separated Nottingham Forest from Manchester United so early in the game. I knew it would be hard for Manchester United to really find their balance and an equalizer in that game.
Manchester United had more shots on target and possession, but the Nottingham first defense was rock solid and their goalkeeper bagged yet another clean sheet to his record. They've won their last five matches in a row and edging closer to overtake Arsenal on the second position with only four points away.
The game ended in the favor of Nottingham Forest, I knew from the time they scored the goal that it would be very difficult for Manchester United to equalize judging from their form and defensive pattern. I thought it could be more, but the game remained like that until full-time.
Even if a team has 100 shot on target but could not convert any of there chances to a goal that result is never a good one. At this point in time what Manchester United need is to win the game and not total dominance in any of the game because they are closed to the relegation stage of which this season is there worst season so far. Manchester United inconsistency this season is nothing to write home about to the extent fans are so confused and don't know their next action
