Initially, while starting the session for the day, I have my limits of losing as well as the target winning amount. Most of the time at the start of the day itself, my target winning amount will be reached, and the mind never stops here. Soon after reaching the target winning, I used to quit gambling for the day. Anyhow, I'll lose control and start gambling, not focusing on winning. This is where I'll lose what I've earned earlier in the same day. Now my gambling turns aggressive, and I start to gamble with the focus of recovering the losses. This is completely wrong and ends up losing all the funds.
In general, besides this, I think that the more we play simply by time, the more the game tries to undermine our consciousness and morality. We must be able to limit our game even by time or by losses per game session, this is very reasonable. I came to this on my own through a lot of experience in the game, which I acquired over the years of playing. Of course, there were many losses, but then I did not yet know that you can control yourself better by following simple rules of limitation. However, it also happens that many players, even with a lot of experience in the game, are not able to control themselves and limit themselves, it is extremely difficult for them, perhaps it is better for such players not to even play gambling at all, but their addiction is stronger.
