i've got a big experience with FSCA and i can say that this project doesn't relate with FSCA in any term !
if it's really approved/regulated, it's better from you to share your fsp number please !
and also, none from wapipay did mention any partenership with GP money
also the same case with  CBK "central bank of kenya"
that's why i believe that it's just a fake project to raise fund and then go offline
