I wish it was that simple, the way you analyze it. Both teams are inconsistent and it's hard to say who's going to win the match. Chelsea may have the home advantage but they've lost some matches they were supposed to win at the bridge this season. And speaking of motivation, just as Chelsea are motivated to win to keep their champions league aspirations alive, Tottenham is also motivated to win in other to avoid relegation. So for me, it's a kind of 50 50 thing and any of them can win.
