The first half is almost over and I saw throughout the match in the first half of the match Chelsea made sporadic attacks or did not spread in some places that should have been good attacks. And if in the second half Chelsea's game does not change I think they will have difficulty scoring goals in making effective attacks, Chelsea should have been able to score goals because throughout the first half Chelsea dominated the game and had several opportunities but not good. And the possibility of Chelsea's less effective game will be exploited by Tottenham who will counterattack at the right time to score a goal, but it seems Chelsea will not let that happen and in the second half they will definitely rise and try to score a goal because this victory is something that must be achieved in order to maintain Newcastle's position which currently has the same points, namely 50 points, and if Chelsea gets 3 points then Manchester City who is in 4th place will be shifted by Chelsea who currently has 51 points and the 4th position in the standings will be contested by teams below 4th position in the standings such as Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle and Aston Villa and they still have a chance to be in 4th place in order to get a UCL ticket all depending on the results of their remaining matches.
Chelsea are attacking quite alright but these attacking haven't produced the needed goals and Enzo Maresca have to do something about it as they come into the second half. Lots of shots without a single goal doesn't make any sense. If Tottenham should get a good counter opportunity in the second half and score a goal before Chelsea it's really going to be a bad day for the blues. I expect nothing less than a win after so much possession in the game. The UCL is waiting!
