Leverkusen have already been eliminated from the Champions League this season after being defeated by their closest rivals Bayern Munich, so anyone who still has such hopes should write them off for this season because Leverkusen are not capable of qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Champions League this season. And in the DFB Pokal Leverkusen are also eliminated so the only hope that can still be bet on is in the Bundesliga although I personally am not sure that Leverkusen will be able to surpass Bayern Munich's points for this season in the Bundesliga.

Just how difficult it may look not to happen, there is always a possibility in everything and they may be the better team that gets to win it in the end.
The Bundesliga title was won by Bayern Leverkusen last season and since then, Bayern Leverkusen have been so confident in their games and hope they can continue to win the title. Bayern Munich showed a more consistent and better approach to their games this seaosn for he league title and that has given them a better chance this seaosn to lead the table and heading to win the title. Consistency from now till end of the seaosn will win them the league title no doubt.
