You deserve your money if the way your account was locked is vague or unclear, and you did the right thing by posting it here and on casino.guru or any platforms where your complaints will not look like spam. Since it's posted here, it's better to upload all the evidence you have there, like screenshots of the conversation or anything that will strengthen your case.
Letting them know that you have posted your complaints here on Bitcointalk and casino.guru and inviting them to come here to shed light is a good move that can possibly fast-track resolving your issue.
