They don't answer me anywhere. I filed a complaint with Casino Guru. They ignore it.

I read through the casinoguru thread and something just tells me they are stalling. I wonder why? Is it because of the provider? If it was the case, they would at least respond to your emails stating why there is a delay. Communication is key.
Meanwhile, did you try to follow the advice Stefan gave you?
