Although the game would have produced total three goals but two goals were disallowed, one from Caicedo which was chalked off for an offside and the other goal from the Tottenham player Sarr which was ruled out for a foul after a VAR check. This result automatically takes Chelsea to the 4th place on the table again with one point above City.
Meanwhile Spurs continued in their 14th position in the standings despite the result of this game.
This game ended up with Chelsea winning out of luck and the reason I said that is because a goal from Tottenham was cancelled, the game was supposed to end a 1-1 draw but luckily for Chelsea they survived. Even if they won I wasn't really impressed with their performance, they struggled to score that single goal. I don't think Chelsea can play against Newcastle or Nottingham forest with such a poor performance and formation. I was expecting Tottenham to lose based on their position on the league table.
