Yesterday, I tried to reach their support because one of the casinos I am in touch with is interested to know how much it costs to integrate sports betting, and I wanted to know some information. Someone accepted my chat, but they did not reply my questions. I have waited a little while, but there has been no result.
Usually, big companies provide top-notch live support to any clients or potential clients. But Sabasports seems like a little different. It wasn't weekend or a holidays. They simply ignored my queries.
Well that is a bummer. I have never experienced a big platform mess up this much. Usually if they are busy, they can say it to the customer that it will take for some time before they can respond but if they do not just respond at all then that to me is a deal breaker because they do not seem to care about their customers enough.
