Although I know you would have been beautifully answered but I just want to add that posting on the forum doesn't need any specific skills or whatever you're trying to get out. Just takeout your phone and start engaging the forum from your own thoughts without having to copy them from outside or on the forum. Things to avoid are plagiarism, avoid that and you won't be having any problems on the forum.

As far everything you're writing is from your brain, you're cool and when you have to get something from the web, always indicate the source of your writeups and you won't encounter any issues on the forum. You only get into trouble when you steal someone's work without giving credits.
