you should know very well how women behaves in terms of money and thy don't joke with money in generally, so if op says women are careful while spending money and saving money i wouldn't doubt them at all. Women and money is like 1&2 and they can't joke with their money especially when it's tag for something very important they won't release for money for other things except it has hit them severely before you could see them touch a little fraction of the money.
When they have worked for their own money, they'll know how to be careful on it. It's true that they cannot joke around with the hard earned money they've got.
