Most likely because they play in London. Real Madrid is not playing so well in London, so the bookie put Arsenal is going to be the favorite to win it with a tight score. But, again, this is a football, and Real Madrid is a defending champion. This will be the defining point of Ancelotti's career because his name is not so good in London (when as Everton coach), and he will definitely fix it. Arsenal is also not so consistent when playing in Europe, which often happens when they are already in this phase.
