It is very difficult to explain because maybe each country has differences in providing benefits to the community through taxes. In my country, taxes are more allocated for infrastructure and only a small portion of taxes are given direct assistance to the community in it. But to measure this, it can be seen from the level of happiness of the people in the country and I see Brunei Darussalam is perhaps a little better than most countries in providing benefits to its people.

Maybe a different perspective in looking at this problem because generally countries have policies regarding taxes and how they are able to manage them well and taxes that come from anywhere can be distributed in a much more appropriate way.
