It's always refreshing to see innovation in the space rather than just the usual offerings. The UI and colour scheme are also well done it feels inviting without being overwhelming.
I did notice that basic KYC is required before proceeding with the deposit which is a deal-breaker for us crypto users who prefer anonymity. I understand the reasoning behind it for transparency and trustworthiness. It’s good to see that you’re open to user feedback on this.
But I really hope this can still be changed. Just as a personal preference this was the main reason I left other casino platforms because they changed their policies and made this system mandatory.

In fact their requirements for KYC procedure needed for deposit are very soft, thus everyone can proceed without any fear like I did.
I would love to find the live-chat-option in their HELP & TOOLS sub-menu to have on the go support from the team because their external FAQ section seems to be not thorough enough right now to cover all users concerns, including BetHog's might be policies.
