Arsenal is not a club that often changes coaches, after the Arsene Wenger era ended from 1996 to 2018, now Arteta has managed to maintain Arsenal performance even though they always lose in the EPL title race. In my opinion, Arsenal only weakness lies in the mentality of the players, Arteta needs to improve the mentality and strength of the team to maintain the opportunity to win trophies that they have always failed to win.
If Arteta can do it, maybe he will be the next Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
There's no way to compare Arsene Wenger and Mikel Arteta.
From the first 5 years they joined Arsenal, Wenger won Premier League 2 times and other 4 small cups, while Arteta only won 3 small cups. Arsenal have to fire Arteta, if Liverpool were fine with Klopp, now they're better with Arne Slot.
There are still few high quality managers aside from Arteta.
For the past four seasons now arsenal has been having a wonderful opportunity to make history but along the line, they turned to disappoint us which is why I keep on losing hope for them when it comes to winning a trophy. I still respect Arsene Wenger because he has done a very good job during his stay, his replacement have been working so hard to improve but to me I see no effort on that because he keeps on repeating one thing every season which annoys me, I was he doesn't notice his mistake. I think from the look of things he has management backing if not we could have seen a sign or warning from them that why I keep my mouth shut regarding Arteta's living arsenal.
