Arsenal is not a club that often changes coaches, after the Arsene Wenger era ended from 1996 to 2018, now Arteta has managed to maintain Arsenal performance even though they always lose in the EPL title race. In my opinion, Arsenal only weakness lies in the mentality of the players, Arteta needs to improve the mentality and strength of the team to maintain the opportunity to win trophies that they have always failed to win.
If Arteta can do it, maybe he will be the next Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
How do you develop mentality of players when you do not win trophy , Arsenal has a club has not motivation, when they sign a player the player just come and contribute and go, there is no history of the club that will build the mentality of a player, just like Real Madrid when a player sign into Madrid you must be aware that this is a winning team and a player must work towards it, the history of the club is enough to build the mentality of the players, but in Arsenal is not so, the club is specialist in failure, they won the league since 2005, and zero European title, no good premier records. This kind club can't ginger players, Arsenal has to start winning trophy , Arteta has spent more money in his fives years at Arsenal without any significant achievement to the club and yet they still keep him as manager, A serious club would have sacked him since, but Arsenal is just a business enterprise.
