Hansi Flick is happy with the club, he's controlling the club to his own very taste. The manager inculcate winning mentality towards his players and this have helped them in every substantial crucial scenario. They are now one step ahead in the title race, a very narrow points gap with Real Madrid means they need to win every game to win the La Liga trophy at the end of the season.
But this is what Hansi Flick will avoid at all cost, his players believing that they have won anything just yet. They haven't.
Barcelona is maybe not quite back to their prime, but they are a great team and have the chance to win all the titles. There is no reward for not winning the title. What can be a great season for other teams, can be the worst season for Barcelona.
